Assembly Sports Club offers a variety of exercise classes and group workouts including: Boot Camp, Barre, Kick Boxing, Pilates, Spin, Total Body, Yoga and Zumba.
An intense physical training class that mixes traditional callisthenic exercises with interval training and strength training.
Classes include components of Pilates, yoga, and ballet; utilizing the ballet bar, participants use their own body weight to achieve long, lean muscles.
A cardio work out which combines elements of boxing and mixed martial arts to burn fat, improve balance, and coordination.
This class emphasizes the balanced development of your body through core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Indoor cycling class that will help you burn calories and tone your muscles through warm up, up-tempo cadence, sprints, climbs, and cool downs.
Using the body bar, hand weights, body balls and resistance tubes working the upper body, core, and lower body for the Total Body Workout.
Breathing, meditation, body postures, stretching and connecting movement of your body through breathing and stretching; improves balance and coordination. *MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT.*
