Assembly Sports Club offers a variety of exercise classes and group workouts including: Boot Camp, Barre, Kick Boxing, Pilates, Spin, Total Body, Yoga and Zumba.
BARRE-LATES: A combination of Barre and Pilates. Get the best experience of two classes at once!
BELLS, BARRES & BUTT: The class utilizes the barbells, the ballet barre and a variety of amazing glute exercise to give you an entire body workout.
LES MILLS BODY PUMP™: A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles. After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by the University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.
BOOTY BARRE: Classes include components of Pilates, yoga, and ballet; utilizing the ballet bar, participants use their own body weight to achieve long, lean muscles.
CARDIO BARRE: A revved up barre workout which will increase your heartrate, burn your muscles and shape your body like no other
CARDIO STRENGTH: 45 minutes of combined cardio and resistance exercises to increase heart rate and strengthen major muscle groups.
CORE BLAST: Dive in to the class which is focused on the core muscles: the back and abs. This is a great addition to any workout.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): A 45 minute high intensity interval training class. Quick, effective, calorie blasting intervals for a total body workout that will leave you sweaty and more fit than before.
LES MILLS CXWORX™: CXWORX is an intensely challenging 30 minute core workout that gets you results where it counts the most.
KICK BOXING: A cardio work out which combines elements of boxing and mixed martial arts to burn fat, improve balance, and coordination.
PILATES: This class emphasizes the balanced development of your body through core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
CYCLING: Indoor cycling class that will help you burn calories and tone your muscles through warm up, up-tempo cadence, sprints, climbs, and cool down.
CYCLE & SHRED: Indoor cycling class which safely adds in resistance training while you are on the bike. This class will not only shape your lower half but will target your upper body muscles and will leave the whole body feeling like a million bucks!
LES MILLS SPRINT™: A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT™ workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.
TABATA: A high intensity interval workout. By the time you finish, you won’t believe how much you have accomplished in such a short time.
TOTAL BODY: Using the body bar, hand weights, body balls, and resistance tubes working the upper body, core, and lower body for the Total Body workout.
YOGA: Breathing, meditation, body postures, stretching, and connecting movement of your body through breathing and stretching; improves balance and coordination. *MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT*
ZUMBA: A cardio-dance class that uses music and choreographed steps to form a dance party atmosphere.
